Hey, I'm Luke — an IT Support Engineer based in Brisbane, Australia. I work at IDS GeoRadar (part of Hexagon Group), where I keep business-critical monitoring systems running across the APAC region. Day to day that means Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, automation with PowerShell and Power Automate, and making sure things don't break — or fixing them fast when they do.

Outside of work I'm into self-hosted infrastructure, home automation (Home Assistant is a bit of a rabbit hole), tinkering with Docker and Linux, and building things around the house. I enjoy the overlap between professional IT and practical DIY — there's usually a smarter way to solve a problem.
